If you have a monthly subscription and you wish to upgrade to a yearly plan, you will need to cancel before your current subscription period renews. When the subscription period expires, you can upgrade to a yearly plan. 

If you have a yearly subscription plan but wish to downgrade to a monthly plan, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. Once the subscription period ends, you can switch to the monthly plan if desired. 

When you decide to cancel your monthly or yearly subscription, you can continue using our services for the remainder of the paid period.
