What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment is not successful, Typetone.AI follows the payment partner Stripe's recommended best practices.
After the first failed payment, our system will automatically try to charge your payment method again after one day. This waiting period is to allow any temporary issues, like a network error or insufficient funds, to be resolved.
If the second attempt also fails, you will receive an email from us, informing you about the unsuccessful transaction. The email may offer guidance on how to resolve the payment issue based on the specific reason for the failure.
